Ask your shop. Get the answer in one second. Yes, really.
A setup that lets you query your online shop, real estate office or property management in plain language. Answers in seconds, not days — and not at €15,000 from a BI consultant.
You type into your chat window: "Which products are below 50% booked this quarter, and which customers spent the most over the last two years?" — and three seconds later you have the list. Sorted, with links, prices, and email addresses. No Excel acrobatics. No tool-hopping. No €5,000 consultant who'll deliver it in two weeks.
This isn't a pitch for next decade. It works today, on a regular Mac. We're rolling it out for several brands right now — and want to show you why it's a better answer than anything else on the market for everyone who sells, rents, brokers, or books online.
The problem every owner knows
You have data. Lots of it. Orders, customers, occupancy, newsletter, search traffic, GA4 conversions. It all lives somewhere. None of it lives where you ask the question.
You want to know: which products are losing bookings? Which properties have been on the market too long? Which channel brings paying customers — not just clicks? Which long-term customers should you reach out to today? Which landing pages aren't converting? Which pages disappeared from Google's index?
Today that means one of three paths:
- Excel acrobatics on the weekend, three backends open, export, copy-paste, pivot table, frustration.
- BI consultant — €5,000 to €15,000 setup for a Looker dashboard, plus €200–500 per month maintenance. Answers only the questions you defined at setup. New question? New invoice.
- Gut feeling and crossed fingers.
All three are bad. Excel costs you time, the consultant costs you money, gut feeling costs you revenue.
You ask. Your business answers.
And €25,000 stay in your pocket.
AI becomes your BI consultant — only better
There's been a fourth path for a short while now. So new most owners don't even know it exists yet.
You install a small plugin on your computer. The plugin pulls once all your data into a local database — on your Mac, in a single file, no one else has access. After that, you talk to your data in plain language.
And that's just the start. Because the same skill that gives you answers is also an agent. It can run tasks, orchestrate workflows, schedule itself on weekly intervals, send you a briefing every morning at 7:30, prepare drafts, generate reports — without you triggering it.
Three examples from real setups:
"Which ten customers spent the most over the last twelve months, and which of them haven't ordered anything in the last 60 days?"
Three seconds later: ten names, email addresses, last purchase date, total revenue. Exactly the VIPs you should reach out to today.
"Which of my landing pages convert poorly despite getting Google traffic?"
Seconds later: list with URL, impressions, clicks, orders. With marketing implication: "These three have high traffic but no buyers — conversion audit needed."
"Which pages are no longer indexed by Google, and which of them were top performers last year?"
Answer: three pages gone, two of them generated €12,000 revenue together in 2025. Re-index now — or lose them.
These are questions no single tool answers today — not WooCommerce, not Looker, not GA4. Because no two of these data sources talk to each other. With the new setup: one question, one answer, one click.
Questions you can't get answered anywhere else
You talk to your data. Not through filter bars, not through SQL, not through Power BI formulas. In plain sentences, the way you'd ask a colleague. And you get:
- Answers — not "the next step would be...", but the list, the table, the chart.
- Reports — well-structured, as HTML files to forward to your accountant, manager, marketing team.
- Actions — the skill writes the email draft to your top VIPs along with it. You review, send. Done.
- Routine — weekly or monthly insights are scheduled. You get your weekly briefing Monday at 8, the monthly report on the first.
Examples of questions you couldn't ask before — because no software combined the data:
- "Which of my marketing channels brings not just clicks, but repeat customers?"
- "Where's the bottleneck in my booking funnel — product page, cart, checkout?"
- "Which long-term customers stopped buying right after we raised price X?"
- "Which of my locations has the lowest occupancy fluctuation over the year?"
These are questions that drive real business decisions. They used to be data analyst territory. Now they're yours.
What you save
Time. Reports that take 4–8 hours of Excel today come back in one second. If you have one question per week you'd otherwise answer manually in an hour — that's 50 hours a year. A whole work week, freed up.
Money. A classic BI setup with a consultant: €5,000–15,000 setup, €200–500 per month maintenance. Three years: €12,000–33,000. With us: €2,500 once, €150 per month for maintenance and new skills. Three years: €7,900. You save between €4,100 and €25,100.
Depth. Cross-source insights no off-the-shelf tool offers. "Which SEO page is losing impressions, correlated with low bookings, correlated with newsletter responses 4 weeks ago?" — these are the questions that actually change businesses.
Industries where this is gold
We've proven the pattern with online brands. The architecture scales to any industry where data sleeps in multiple tools. Selection:
- Online shops (WooCommerce, Shopify) — utilization, lead time, VIP customers, abandoned carts per cohort
- Yoga / wellness studios, coaches — retreat occupancy, repeat-booker rate, instructor performance
- Real estate / agencies — which properties have been on the market too long, search profiles with rare matches, market price trend per ZIP
- Property management — defect-report trends, late-paying tenants, maintenance cost per unit
- Hotels, B&Bs, event venues — seasonal occupancy, no-show rate, channel performance
- Restaurants — table occupancy, popular dishes per weekday, cancellation rate, margins per food category
- Tax advisors & law firms — case load, billable-hour realization, overdue invoices, profitability per client
- Insurance brokers — contract renewals, churn risk, commissions per product
- Event agencies — slot utilization per location, ticket conversion, ad spend efficiency
- Local trades — order pipeline, material cost trend, repeat business rate
- Small SaaS providers — MRR cohorts, feature adoption, churn prediction, onboarding conversion
- Marketing agencies — project profitability, headcount utilization, customer LTV, pipeline velocity
If your industry isn't listed but you're juggling multiple tools — it likely fits too.
How it works technically
Three building blocks, all local, no vendor lock-in.
1. Local data copy. A small sync mechanism pulls your data into a SQLite file every few hours. Nothing gets uploaded. The file lives on your computer, only you can read it.
2. Question-answer layer. Anthropic built a mechanism into Claude for so-called Skills — small instruction packages that know how to react to specific questions. We build custom skills for your business. You ask in your language, the skill translates to a database query, you get the answer.
3. Knowledge vault. Here's the lever: an Obsidian vault where your knowledge lives — brand voice, customer notes, FAQ, contract setup, suppliers. Other skills read from it. When you respond to a customer query, the skill reads your brand voice first — and the draft sounds like you, not a generic chatbot.
Three blocks. Set up once, runs.
What a BI consultant costs — and what we cost
| Classic BI setup | Zenku Operating Layer | |
|---|---|---|
| Setup cost | €5,000–15,000 | €2,500 |
| Monthly maintenance | €200–500 | €150 |
| Setup duration | 4–8 weeks | 2–3 days |
| New question | New invoice | You ask yourself, with Claude |
| Data sovereignty | Cloud at vendor | Local on your Mac |
| 3-year lifetime | €12,200 – €33,000 | €7,900 |
We're not talking "cheaper." We're talking a different category of tool. Typewriter vs pen.
What's concretely yours after setup
After 2–3 days of setup you have:
- Utilization reports on demand — sorted by date, price, occupancy. With direct links, as HTML reports.
- Lead-time and funnel analyses — where do people drop off, where does the funnel break.
- Customer Lifetime Value — who are your VIPs, where's cross-selling potential.
- SEO cross-reports — which pages are losing on Google, which generate revenue.
- FAQ-based response drafts for routine queries — in your tone, with your signature.
- Daily inbox briefing at 7:30 am — what's prioritized today.
- Weekly / monthly reports — scheduled, automatic.
- Agentic workflows — the skill kicks off tasks itself: generate drafts, render reports, classify data.
All embedded in an app you already have open — Claude Desktop.
The adaptive part — we don't build generic tools
Classic SaaS asks: "How about you do it the way we imagined?" We ask: "How do you do it today? Let us make that faster, cleaner, and more consistent."
On the first invocation, each skill takes a quick inventory with you: where do your templates live? What software do you use? What are the escalation topics you never want to hand off? Answers land in a small config file. On the second invocation, the skill uses what you said.
You're not forced into a foreign workflow logic. The skill adapts to your system.
